The Print Heads
The Aeoon Compact Micro has 8 industrial Kyocera KJ4B print heads.
The 2558 little nozzles in each print head gives the printing machine the ability to print at the resolution 2400 DPI ( Dot Per Inch) for incredible print output.
The Ink System
The inks used by the Aeoon company are Oeko-Tex and GOTS (global Standards) certified. The safety of the environment is guaranteed with these inks which are water based.
They can be used on cotton synthetics, mixed fabrics, canvas, leather and others. The colours are stunning.
The ink channel of the Aeoon Kyo Compact Micro is CMYK + 4 White Colour.
The printer is Kothari RIP software compatible. The Aeoon RIP (user friendly) included with the Compact Micro reduces the amount of ink used to print an image. This can save you thousand of dollars per year.
For your information, the RIP prepares files for printing and synchronises the printable files with the machine.*

How Big Is It?
The measurements of the machine are 2m(w) x 1.7m(d) x 1.5m(h)
But, even after extensive research, I was unable to find out confirmation of the printer’s weight for this review.
Operating Conditions
To make sure the machine is operating at an optimal level, a temperature between 20 – 23 degrees should always be maintained, while the humidity level remain between 75 – 90% non-condensing.
Humidity Systems are optional, but I would advise, if you can afford it , to include one in your purchase, as it will lengthen the durability of the printer. This will generate a machine with a long service life.
Maintenance
Daily maintenance is minimum, as the printer has full automatic cleaning system and capping station, saving you more time for your favourite sport.
Standard Platen/Print Sizes
As with other Aeoon machines, the platen is held by a machined steel beam, contributing to its durability.
The maximum printing size is 40 x 50cm frame-less which is smaller than the Aeoon Kyo Compact at 50 x 70cm frame-less.
Technical Support
Technical support is offered by the Aeroon Company before purchasing the machine, during its use and for any problems that might arise later.
